Canoe Ventures has just published an in-depth report on TVOT NYC Intensive, the annual New York edition of [itvt]'s TV of Tomorrow Show, which took place Monday, December 5th in Midtown Manhattan. Canoe was the premiere sponsor of the event.

Steve Donohue--who has been filling in very ably for the [itvt] editorial team while we work on TVOT NYC Intensive--will be competing in the New York City Marathon this Sunday.

While we must admit that our idea of exercise is the occasional trip from our desks to the coffee machine and back, we'll be running with him in spirit!

Introducing our New Writer, Steve Donohue

As many of you have noticed, our news publication schedule has been pretty irregular the past few weeks, as the [itvt] editorial team has been busy working on the TV of Tomorrow Show.

Today we are pleased to announce that one of our favorite journalists, Steve Donohue (you've probably noticed that we link to his work quite frequently), has agreed to fill in for us, and will be writing daily news articles for the [itvt] newsletter and Web site while we focus on the show.

[itvt] has just launched an online submissions form for the 8th Annual Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television.

The deadline for submissions is midnight, Monday April 11th.

TVOT 2011 WINTER DISCOUNT REGISTRATION ENDS MIDNIGHT TONIGHT (TUESDAY)

Winter Discount registration for [itvt]'s fifth annual TV of Tomorrow Show (May 17th-18th, 2011, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco) ends at midnight tonight, Tuesday, March 15th.

Winter Discount registration allows you to attend the TV of Tomorrow Show for just $875, representing a savings of $500 off the regular price of a ticket (and guaranteeing you a seat at this limited-attendance event).

Nominations Deadline for the 8th Annual Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television Is April 11th

Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television, now in their eighth year, will be presented at a ceremony at the TV of Tomorrow Show 2011 in downtown San Francisco, California at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. The deadline for submitting nominations is April 11, 2011.

The Awards recognize excellence in eight categories:
