    [itvt] is pleased to present a video recording of the session, "Single-Screen Interactive TV Advertising Post Canoe," which was one of the highlights of The TV of Tomorrow Show 2012 (June 12th-13th).

    Charter Hits Milestone of 1 Million EBIF Ready Set-Tops

    -- Concurrent, FourthWall Media Support Interactive TV Rollout

    Charter Communications says it has deployed digital set-tops from Cisco capable of delivering interactive TV advertising and programming in about 1 million homes.

    The MSO, which counts about 5 million subscribers, worked with technology vendors Concurrent and FourthWall Media to prepare its set-tops to receive ads that rely on the industry's EBIF platform. FourthWall supplied its EBIF platform and user agent, while Concurrent is supplying product management and backend reporting technology.

    • Canoe Ventures and its MSO partners are beginning to automate their ad-sales operations for interactive ads, using software from Invision Inc. The firm said Canoe is using its DealMaker Ad Sales System, which does everything from creating ad-sales proposals to allocating spots to brands according to client specifications. More
