New Edition of StoryCentric Features GoTV Networks' Daniel Tibbets Discussing Mobile Storytelling

--StoryCentric's Brian Seth Hurst to Present at SXSW This Saturday

[itvt] is pleased to present the latest edition of StoryCentric, our new video column from Brian Seth Hurst, CEO of The Opportunity Management Company and former second vice chair of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. StoryCentric focuses on the business, technology and art of interactive storytelling, and highlights new technologies and other industry developments that have the potential to fundamentally change the way we create and interact with stories and narratives--in television and beyond.

This edition of the column sees Hurst discussing mobile storytelling with Daniel Tibbets, SVP and studio chief at GoTV Networks.

(Note: Brian Seth Hurst will be presenting in a NATPE co-produced session, entitled "One Story, Many Angles: The Multi-Platform Pitch," at SXSW, this Saturday, March 12th at 3:30PM in Salon K. SXSW's brochure describes the session as follows: "Creators must be ready to transform their work today across multiple mediums. It's no longer enough to have an elevator pitch just for TV. Now, that hook needs to be refined for Web, mobile and other new devices. Indeed, transmedia and multiplatform storytelling is where creativity is at these days. What do you need to perfect your multiplatform pitch?")
