Announcing a New [itvt] Column: "Jet Set" by Brian David Johnson, Consumer Experience Architect at Intel

[itvt] is pleased to announce a new biweekly column, entitled "Jet Set" and authored by Brian David Johnson, consumer experience architect at Intel Corp.

In Johnson's own words, here is what the column is about: "My book Screen Future is going to be published in July 2010. To support the project, I'm going on a six month book tour of sorts. Starting in June and ending in January at CES 2011, I'm going to fly all over the world, chatting with people about the future of TV, entertainment and the devices we all love. [[itvt] editor-in-chief] Tracy [Swedlow] thought it would be interesting if I wrote about the places I was going and the conversations I was having along the way. I liked the idea right away. The whole reason I wrote Screen Future in the first place was to start a conversation...In the end, my book and this column will be about conversations. I'm going to capture the places, people and discussions that happen on my global tour. I feel very fortunate to be able to do this and I can't wait. I love talking about this stuff and I'm looking forward to meeting even more people and getting their view on the future of TV."

(Note: [itvt]'s other regular columnist, Rick Howe, the iTV Doctor, is taking the week off. His column will return shortly.)
