 In a posting on its corporate blog, Wednesday, over-the-top-TV specialist Boxee announced the availability of an app for its platform that provides access to KoldCast TV, an online video service that offers programming in 720p HDTV.
According to Boxee, the new KoldCast TV app--which Boxee's VP of marketing, Andrew Kippen, told [itvt] was developed by KoldCast TV "from scratch"--provides Boxee users with access to any of the shows on KoldCast TV's Web site, including such series as "Blue Movies," "Tyranny," "Anyone But Me" and "Sex Ed." "If you're already a KoldCast TV fan, you'll easily be able to find your favorites using the 'Shows' menu," Boxee's blog post explains. "Newbies can check out the 'Featured' and 'Newest' episodes to explore KoldCast's content."
