Interview: Dan Hassan on BCM's Clickable TV Platform, its Partnership with Knology, and More

Dan Hassan is chairman and CEO of BCM (formerly known as BackChannelMedia), a company that offers a patent-pending interactive TV technology called Clickable TV, which allows viewers to click for additional information about a TV program or advertised product and receive the info via email or on their smartphone within about 30 seconds of clicking. The technology has been deployed by cable operator Knology, and BCM has also partnered with TelVue to add interactivity to infomercials (see the article published on itvt.com, August 18th, 2010), and was recently named a technology partner for itaas's iLaunch suite of plug-and-play EBIF solutions (see the article published on itvt.com, July 7th).
